TREAT YOURSELF AT LISTEN TO THE WINE

Vincent has always been a wine enthusiast. That’s probably due to its French roots. He is always curious to discover a new grape variety, a new style of wine or a new region. More importantly he likes to share this passion with friends and family. Even if ultimately he will go back to Burgundy. To him there is no match for a Volnay 1er cru Clos des Chênes.

To strengthen his knowledge he recently  passed  the WSET level 2 and, as a step further, is working on the level 3.

 Aside from the wine world Vincent works in the city, reads, writes and loves to travel.

Aurelie Freoua is a French artist and performer working in London. Having completed an MA in Fine Art at Camberwell College of Arts, she collaborates with the Vortex Jazz Club and has improvised live painting in response to music during The London Jazz Festival. Aurelie curates and performs in multidisciplinary live performances called ‘Résonances’ merging visual art, musical performances, poetry and dance. Aurelie has illustrated album covers for Babel label. Her paintings have been exhibited in group and solo shows in London and internationally.

She explores notions of the invisible and emotions through colours and harmonious compositions of form and light.

Olivier is a film music composer and wine lover,  native from Beaujolais and who moved to London five years ago.

But where exactly is Beaujolais in France?

Well  just ask Olivier he’ll be happy to tell you everything about it as he also owns some vineyard there.

Olivier always thought to bring together wine and music in a single project. A lucky encounter with Aurélie and Vincent allowed them to create the London French Cellar.
